I believe the shifter assembly and just double check the driveshaft length and corresponding driveshaft mounting. Do you have a CV on your front shaft?

208s can hold up IF you do not abuse it. All 3 used then and GM and Ford used them in 3/4 ton trucks. GM used them in the one ton trucks for the military.

With that said, I do not believe the front yoke interchanges, but could be wrong. Be careful - that cheap case could cost you more in adapting it.

On second thought, GM did use a CV joint on the front of the 208, so it may be as simple as putting a GM yoke on the front and reusing your front shaft.

Are these Ford 208's or not? If so good, they'll bolt up, otherwise yer outta luck. I am not familiar with what year/model Ford that used a 208, I know Chev/GM did.

My 84 came with a BW1345. Bolted up in place of a 1356 with some minor mods to the shift linkage. The 1345 is the only original piece of drive train left in my truck.

1980 - 1986 trucks had these in them. Theu are a direct change out for a BW 1345....1356 had MOSTLY slip yokes, but I have heard of some with a fixed yoke. These came from a 1986 F250 351 gasser.
