How hard, and what do is needed to put a p-pump on one of these engines? Can you buy manifolds for 94+ 12V (thee piece stuff) and it will bolt up? Same with head studs and gaskets.

from what I understand, putting on a P-pump is the pump, lines and timing cover. IE....not cheap. exh manifolds should be a non-issue as are studs. the heads and block weren't changed until the advent of the 24v motor.

I honestly like the VE pump versus the P-pump. The timing curve is better, so you get better fuel economy.
