Someone posted a link a while back to better O-rings that could handle the ULSD.... I went back through the posts and couldn't find it.

I changed my O-rings in August and I'm leaking again. Nothing like a tow truck that stinks like diesel fuel.

Find out the o-ring size. Crack open the McMaster-Carr catalog and buy some viton replacements.

I recently bought some of that Viton fuel line for my sons 3-wheeler. It's a clear yellow. It's supposed to be impervious to all fuels. This summer I'm gonna get some and do all the rubber lines and the return lines between the injectors. Will try to get some Viton o-rings also. ;Sweet Okiegringo

Here's a link to the yellow tubing. But it is only rated for 36psi @ 72degF. Not sure if it'll handle the pressure/temps under the hood on our diesels. What ya'll think? cookoo OkieGringo
