Not really, just try not bumping the return line plastic caps on the injectors, or they'll probably start leaking. And if they get tight coming out, STOP! Dont keep turning it out if one gets tight. Turn it back in and just slowly work it out, and I mean slowly. Spray WD40 or PB Blaster, or ZEP 45 in that hole and keep it lubricated. It could take 2 hours to get one swollen plug out without breaking it.
Before you put new plugs in, get a drill bit (not sure what size off hand) that fits snug in the hole, clamp it with vice grips and give it a few turns in each hole to clean the carbon out of the holes. Thats about it.
Use 1/4 drive deep socket set with needed extensions, to avoid having issues with the injection lines.

A piece of rubber hose that will fit the GP snuggly can make spinning them in and out a breeze. As was stated, just watch out for swollen tips that can cause the glow plug to get stuck. Any sign of that happening, and you will need to park the piston of the affected cylinder at TDC right away.
