No more compound set up for me. I'm selling the powerstroke turbo and all associated parts. Here's what you get:
wastegated turbo with the cartridge clocked 180 so the oil return faces down.
aluminum manifold drilled, tapped for oil supply and return
3" 90 flange for turbine inlet
4" flange for turbine outle
#4 an braided oil feed line
brass fitting that screws into the engine block for pressurised oil
#10 an braided oil return line
3/4" galvanized pipe bent to match the truck frame
2 clamps for the above.
correct fittings for mechanical fuel pump so it can be used to scavenge the returning oil back into the engine
#4 an braided line to connect mech. pump to oil filler neck
oil filler neck with welded in bung to receive above.
3" tubing from compressor outlet to top of engine (has bung for boost gauge tubing)
3" tubing which was used to route compressor inlet to air filter in bed.
air filter from small cabover
a couple of extra exhaust hangers

You'll need to fab:
exhaust pipe from your exhaust manifolds
Exhaust pipe from turbo to rear of truck.
If you want to locate your air filter under the hood of the truck or elsewhere, you'll need to use the remainder of the 3" tubing that comes with it. App. 6'
hangar for the turbo--I used a piece of 1 5/8" uni strut on the top of the frame rails and 3/8" all thread--it's welded to my frame and I don't want to remove it. (I can give you a piece if you want it.)

I've been reading the threads about fabbing a turbo. If I would try to put this under the hood, would it go with out a whole lot of fighting? OR EXTRA EXPENSE?

both. I saw your post up north. A friend and I fabbed my system in a weekend so if you install it on your truck you'll be done very quickly.

the exhaust inlet flange size is 3" and the exhaust outlet is 3 1/2" OD on both.

Intake inlet is 3" and not a flange and the outlet is 3 1/2.
