Rear brakes

Hey yall im doing my rear brakes because the master cylinder front slot for the rear brakes is empty and the truck barely stopsif i slam the pedal to the floor theyll lock up....i pulled the drum off the passenger side where it was leaking a while back. Could the leak be coming from the wheel cylinder and its not leaking now cuz theres no brake fluid in the very front reservoir. also the brake shoe return spring i think its called that is broke or its the one tat makes it stop. where do i get that? it got dark so i gave up for now

you can get it at any auto parts store, they sell the spring kit which is all the springs for both sides and it is like $11. and the wheel cylinders do leak but you can get a new one for around 20 dollars
