R&R Blower Motor Housing? 1990 F250 7.3, Factory A/C

Half my blower motor housing is missing on my '90 F250 with factory air conditioning. How hard are they to R&R?

Commonly known as a Squarell cage fan.

Vacuuum line probably goes to the Vac motor that operates the fresh air door, mounted next to the firewall.

i got one from the truck i stripped.....
