Quick Disconnect Steering Wheel Kits????

Ok guys and gals....here goes. Once my toy truck gets the full cage put in, I will need to go with a removeable 'quick disconnect' steering wheel like Nascar uses.........does anyone know of a place that has a kit for this, or does anyone know how to do it myself????????
