Well, my dad's 99 just got a 4" turbo-back kit from MBRP and now I have a stock PSD exhaust to let my 86 breathe a little easier.

The question is, has anyone done this before, and if so, what modifications (to hangars ans such) were necessary? Any tips would be great and pictures would be even better!

I know that a 94-97 tailpipe section works perfectly, but I don't know about the 99 up. You might have to do some mods to the center section of your exhaust, but shouldn't be too hard.

i did a 96 psd exhaust on my 86 it was easy expecally if u have a good welder
what i did cut all the hangers off the psd exhaust
on the stock exhaust leave the hangers attached to the original location on the frame
cut them off the stock exhaust closest to the tubing so u can weld them to the new exhaust
save the cut off hangers from the psd exhaust u might need to add some to your stock hangers to support that bigger exhaust system
