Whelp i feel like a idiot for going 2 winters with a crap heater, all it was was my door by the heater core...

Haha yep I've been there as well I was going to mention the blend door until I read your last post. Glad you figured it out. Mine will either open all the way or close all the way but it won't do both.. I just move it by hand depending on the season.
