I'll start out with the trans problems.its a 96 12v 2wd auto.when I got it the od was supposed to be out. When you push the od off button and turn it off it runs like a ***** ape till about 70 were it's maxed out and the torque converter locks in.with it turned on it doesn't lock the converter in.sometimes it feels like it does but not for long. Could it be somethin switch related or am I lookin at a puttin a new trans in. On the pump problem if I remember right the number 2 hole was pushin fuel out at all times on the pump.we swapped delivery valves and that didn't help.any idea on that.
