I was wondering if someone could take a picture of their injector pump and post it. I think i am missing a linkage piece or something! And a FSS. Does anyone have a manual shutdown.

ill get it to ya and 160xxx gettin the valves adjusted next day or so and it seems i have leaks about everywhere and im just so tired of it but i still love it i mean i paid 4500 for it and its still a good deal considering around here in that condition its worth 6500 but still it needs alot done to it but i would want a 83 ford f350 reg cab 4x4 4spd 6.9 diesel ive been wantin one so bad but iunno anymore i would still consider it lol

You got my attention when you ask about a manual shut down!!!!!!!

I would love to have a truck that didn't need electric for the go/shut down. Then maybe an air starter. I WOULD BE UNSTOPPABLE! HA HA HA HA !!!!

I wonder where we could get an air starter? Any thoughts? A York compressor is easy enough and how large of a tank would we need, 5 gal? One inch plumbing would probably work inch and quarter would be better.

I'm just thinking out loud.

eh get 2 inch plumbing trust me you would wish u had it and yeah york would be a good and solid compressor but get a 10 gal tank on those real cold days ya know i wouldnt cuz my cummins starts right up in 15 below...oooohhhh yeaahhh nuthin like a cummins in the mourn lol

Looks like they have them for some models of Cummins. Is it still called the 6BT in the industrial world? I'm sure one could be fabricated to work.

Now if we could just find that manual replacement for the FSS!!!!! we'd be cook'in with oil with out the need for a batt.
