I'll fill it up today and let you all know. If the PO's took half as good of care of the engine as they did the interior, I'll be one lucky guy. Darn near looks factory fresh in the cab.

Well good news. That tank I blew through and figured I got around 8mpg was only half empty. It only took 9.8 gallons when I filled it up. That is a relif. I got the Hotshot anyhow and its in both tanks.

I'm starting to question if my truck started it's life with an automatic transmission... I've never seen a manual transmission with cruise control. Would someone be able to look at this door sticker and decipher if "trans C" is manual or auto?

C is a three speed manual for the F series trucks, likely a typo on the tag. If you take a picture of the injection pump tag I can tell you if it was calibrated for an auto or manual. Plenty of manual trucks had cruise control in this vintage

The calibration code which is a four digit part of the serial number, eg. 5113

Which probably doesn't mean much since it's been rebuilt. I'd guess that the chances of it even being the original pump to your truck aren't very good.

@Thewespaul So, my suspicion is correct. I have a 5 speed manual with this tag. We're there specific specs that needed to be done to the injector and\or anywhere else after this swap happened? Since this truck is new to me, is there a good way to check the competancy this swap.
