Finally pieced my turbo kit together, Factory ford turbo kit as far as I know. But i do not have the oil feed line. Does anyone know what connectors and tubing I need to make one. I am ready to get her back on the road! Any help is greatly appreciated!

94 eclb 4wd f250 7.3l IDI na as of right now zf5 trans. not 100% on if the motor itself is a na or turbo from the factory as it is out of a old ambulance I didn't do the swap. As for turbo and kit it is the ford factory with the oil pressure sensor on top of the turbo.

the oil port on the engine itself is i believe 1/4" NPT
the fitting i have in mine goes from a NPT to NMPT
with a 45* flare and a "olive" (thick rubber washer)
its the same on the turbo inlet oil line.

if you dont have one, i would have a stainless braided flex line made up for it.

contact Mel @ www.conestogadiesel.com
if i recall, he has these on the shelf.

post some pics so we can see what exact turbo you have.

For mine I used a stainless -4 line with jic fittings. About 18" long if I remember right. That was slightly tight though.

I kept the factory block on the turbo and put a 1/8 to JIC fitting on it. In the picture it's straight, but I put a 45 on it. Then on the block I reused the standoff that the oil pressure sensor screws into and put in another 1/8" to JIC fitting. It was fairly simple and I got my parts from Speedway.

I have line kits in stock that go from the lower block fitting, behind the cooler.
Just so you know.

Russ,

Any advantage going from behind the cooler vs the factory pressure sensor location?

i just installed his line.
one o the benefits is that i was able to put my oil sender in the stock oil feed location.

with the port coming off the banks location, ( by the adapter plate on the drivers side, ive been told you get cleaner oil, right out of the cooler

1/4" NPT to -4 AN 90* on top

1/8" NPT to -4 AN 90* on bottom

I lost the fitting Russ sent me, so I can't remember what he sent,
But I know both fittings came with his line

Brian: I have no idea where your plumbed into in your pic. The only place to plumb in for turbo oil is the rear of the engine drivers side, it will be a 1/8" or a 1/4" pipe plug. That plug is for cross drilling for the oil galley. It's the first oil out of the filter and the coolest from the oil cooler. Any place else, the oil has picked up heat from the block, the farther away from the above, the warmer/hotter the oil. You can see in the oil flow, the zig zag oil flow out of the filter, zag is where the pipe plug is. The main oil galley has the pipe plug on the rear of the engine, hidden by the transmission.
