Appears to be this one right behind the exhaust on the adapter mounting flange.
Main oil gallery, no?

Yes. That's it. The one that looks like it's directly in front of the lowest, bellhousing bolt on the driver's side. It takes a 9/32 (IIRC) square or 8 point socket to remove the factory plug and it's 1/8" NPT. So what's your price on your lines, Russ?

for those of you adding a turbo to a non-turbo truck and use the lower fitting off the block adapter, besure to clean out the passage completely after removing the pipe plug. there's usually a 6 in snot trail of semi solid gummed up oil between the bearing feed to the plug. it builds up there over time. why is it so important? that snot trail/plug prevents the turbo bearings from getting oil when you first fire up. really bad things happen to your turbo shortly thereafter. we had a member find out this the hard way years ago. don't be another statistic at OBN.;Sweet

if youre using the same hole that was capped previously ....
the oil galleys see it as a blind hole.
a nice lill nook n cranny for **** to get into it, if its plugged off.
no harm in cleaning the h.e. double hockey sticks out of it to be sure.
when i removed my plug, some goo was there. a pipe cleaner then i even cranked the engine over long enough to get a stream of oil out of it.
i used a barbed fitting and some clear hose into a bucket.

after that it was just oil.

Ran into a snag with mine, the 90 degree fitting wont spin in due to it hitting the cross over pipe :( I am going to make an adaptor to stick it out an inch or so

My fitting wouldn't spin in but it was because of a lip on the block casting sticking out. Of course I don't have the crossover pipe on yet.
