Odd sound on small bumps.

Bosses 99 reg cab 350 has been making a odd noise on small bumps. Found a bottom shock bolt loose. Replaced both. Kinda like a womp womp thing. Then the 4x4 don't work about a hr ago. Front dirve shaft is spinning. But no action from the tires. New lock outs and u joints. What y'all think..

Well found out the pass side lockout had came apart.... New lockouts put on not long ago. Put it back together and it works.
Hopping this was the noise we have been hearing.
