don't forget the air filter as well.... they will kill these trucks when dirty!! Oh sorry I forgot you got a DIY, so I guess it would be pretty obvious if it were dirty. Plus it sounds like you realy take care of her good.

yeah i just all fluids and filters front to back today.. still HORRIBLE! mileage.... i am reaching my end with this thing... if it werent such a pretty truck and ran so well i would put her out to the corner for sale..

i dont see what else could be causing such horrible mpg's im now around 10mpg.

If my fuel pump was starting to go would that cause the horrible mileage? Although it does not act like its getting air into the system etc

Are you sure you don't have brakes dragging? What air pressure are your tires at? How's your front end alignment? No fuel leaks under the truck.

no brake drag if you put the truck in neutral it will coast for a long ways on flat ground.. Tire pressure is up to spec.. no fuel or oil running down the engine anywhere..
