Noise in front end

I have a 95 2500 with 281000 miles, and there is a woomph noise in the front end on the passenger side, it gets loader as you go faster. I changed the tire and checked the axles to make sure nothing was broke. I also checked the rotor/caliper while the tire was off with everything looking good. Im running out of ideas. Has anyone encountered this on there truck?

i have the same problem on my ford...only it is on the driver side!!!! im just as lost as you.... good luck!!

whats a woomph noise??? constant or when ya hit bumps??

as you go faster so does the noise, whoomp whoomp whoomp etc.

ahhh yes...it's a square tire or a wheel bearing!! run yer hand over the surface of the tire, if it's lumpy try rotating them, if not 9 times outta 10 its a wheel bearing.

Yea i put the spare on and the noise is still there, im going to do the bearing as soon as i get time. Thanks for the help
