No power inside of cab

Are they the same from 91-96, the plugs going into them and everything?

Go look them up at a store online if you want to make sure they are the same.

I am at a complete loss, tested fuse links off the starter solenoid and they all were good, tried to jump the starter solenoid and it didn't work so I bought a new one jumped it and heard the starter bump once then nothing after that. Before the headlights were the only thing getting power and now they don't anymore. Now when I try to jump the SS nothing happens. Very frustrating :frustrate

Check your chassis grounds. Grounds cause as much problems as the hot wires. You NEED both to get power.
