After work today I'm going to look at a 93 f250 ext cab 4x4 with a 5 speed. I've gathered some good info of the truck with pics, and all seems fine. He was upfront and said that it will prob need a new clutch in the near future. My ? Is what kind of expence is this gonna set me back. I've never done any clutch work before. Is this a doable project or better to take it to a shop. What would be yalls guesstimate price for shop work and diy price? Thanks

clutch kit is normally around 150-250 for stock replacement.

but if it needs a flywheel it will be more. that will have a dual mass flywheel.
