Discovered gear vendors and I'm looking at possibly installing one on my rig to get better towing characteristics and better MPG's. Opinions?

Do it!! I want one too. I rode in Darrin's truck last year and the C6 Gear vendors combo seemed right at home behind the Cummins mill.

Yeah those GV's seem to work great when paired with the old idi. Sure wish my rig had one of those babies in it lol. Keep us posted with that project

I disabled the gear vendors (toe switch next to the brake) on the highway. Man it screamed like a banshee without the extra gears. Now to figure out why the green light doesn't turn on!
