need a Dana 60 straight axle

Hey i live in BC im looking for a Solid Axle for my 1992 F250. any ideas where i can get one for a decent price? or does anyone on here have one, and how do i know what gears my truck has? im thinking its got 3.55 or 3.73 but not sure what you guys think i want to do away with the IFS junk so i can lift it properly.

the tag on the back cover should say what ratio, do you have craigslist in canada? if so that is where you can find cheep stuff like that.

I live in BC too and ive been looking for a dana 60 for awhile. I usually look on craigslist and ive seen a few dana 60's on there before but they usually go for around $1200 and i never seem to have the money whenever i find one for sale.

Another place i look is a forum called www.BC4x4.com. They have a for sale section and i think you have a better chance of finding a dana 60 on there.

For your gearing you can look for a tag on the rear diff or look for a axle code on the sticker inside the drivers door.
