Just curious, what do ya'll use as your max do not exceed coolant temp? I get cautious over about 215* but don't worry till 225* or so - once I see about that temp I'll start thinking about downshifting or backing off the throttle. I know the stock overtemp sensor is supposed to be 241*.

Personally I feel 230 is my max coolant temp. I know I can go higher but why. About 3200 rpm is my max too but others run off the governor all day long without harming their engines too.

I've hit lower 230s. Nothing bad came of it (that I know of), but it was enough to convince me something wasn't right. I replaced the thermostat and haven't seen over 215 yet.

230F and I get it into the wind. As far as RPM. I'll run 3300 all day long.80mph with my T19. mines governed @ 3900 for some reason. I've ran it up that high merging onto the fwy or when smoking out a Prius. LOL

210 I start thinking about letting off, 220 hits and I ease off the peddle a bit. I hit 240 ONCE and all but pulled over when I glanced at my gauge and seen that.

As far as RPM's go I let mine scream while hauling. Its the only way I can keep up. with a c6 your either wound out or lugging it.
