Labor time, Head gaskets 302 FI in Fseries

Does anyone here have access to a labor time manual for a 1987 Ford Bronco 302 mass air. I have to do head gaskets on one and I am curious to see if I can beat the rate time

ford didnt put mass air on trks till 95? how do you have a 87 bronco with mass air?

It was converted, 302 from a mustang, stand alone system. My friend found out that the speed density system doesnt work out too well with a different cam.
