I would just brace the one you have up a good bit, people dont seem to realize the strength of metal I have hung an 8000 lb trailer off of my chinsey little hitch several times and it has never once complained, it is just 1/8 or 3/16 plate bent in a horizontal-vertical-horizontal pattern and welded to the bottom of my bumper.... I ll see if i can find some pics
