one of the turbo manufacturers allows you to do this, almost bought a truck with the setup on it, raises the factor air filter like an inch, still tho that turbo doesnt look mounted right at all, maybee it was a do it yourselfer?

That is definatly the same turbo but is mounted diffrently than that kit would have it.

It's hard to say what kinda set up it is being a 84. It could be a first Gen any brand at this point. Anyone call and ask?
