If you can recall, post a list of what used for other folks. As far as diameter/length of pipe, diameter/style of silicone couplers, ect.

Yes it fits without any modification.

At a local pick your part. I think its a 98 model.

You can get it from napa just tell them you have a part number for an air filter and tell them 6637 its a BIG filter about the best you can buy, it is clamp style you just have to buy a 4" clamp for it
