Definitely sounds like it's retarded. Not much, definitely safe, but it should sound a little more angry. =P

Once you have it at 9.5, then start it with the cold advance on... it's REALLY gonna scare you.

those scribe marks mean nothin if you installed a new pump, truck should have a psd like rattle when cold with cold advance on.

My rig sounds like its a psd.. Really angry when its on cold advance in the morning. Then when the fast idle drops out its sounding great. I'm at 9.4 last time I checked it.
