How bad is the fender? Can you glass it back to normal?

Ok, I'm feeling better tonight, I replaced my waterpump yesterday. I got a present in the mail from Russ (injectors) and the UPS man brought me my 4inch exhaust system I ordered. All I need now is the IP I ordered and I'll be throwing some wrenches on the truck. I'm dragging the 5'r down to the Nascar race this weekend, so won't be able to work on the truck until next week or so.
The fender is probably fixable, but I don't do fiberglass, and I'm thinking it would cost as much to fix it as replacing.

Great thing about fiberglass is you get an unlimited number of attempts to get it right. It's a very forgiving material, and is only ******* your sander and your respiratory system. Give it a shot yourself, and if you don't like the way it comes out, do it over or just take it to somebody.
