so to turn a pump down, same process only counter clockwise, and is there a flap or flat one is looking for? can you feel a detent or anything, as in only going 1 click at a time? Thanks

"Flat" refers to one flat of an allen wrench or 1/6th or a turn of the wrench. You won't feel any clicks, or increments, and the screw will be very stiff to turn. Make sure you are using a quality allen wrench so as not to break it off in your IP.

To bad he fails to mention the rubber gasket behind the access cover. Somebody will have a leak thanks to that.
