Yeah I can't open them but I can tell there is data on them (160kb isn't empty)

They are pdf files just no file extension at the end just figured it out.

Also what a giant sigh of relief that was. Both Craigslist trucks were pure green and for my IDI it verified that it for sure only has 116 on it not 226 as the records showed a consistent path of miles over the years when the old guy had owned it at service stations. Thank you so much!

Change the file name like so

2FTEF14Y6KCA86498

To

2FTEF14Y6KCA86498.pdf

Use right click and rename. Other method is to highlight the file and press f2.

Also you could try to open your pdf viewer and navigate to the file.

Oh crap it looks like I only paid for the 25 report version and it's all used up.
