HPOP Pressure Readings

For some reason I thought I would have higher pressure readings from this port.

This obviously isn't the correct place to measure HPOP. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Found a good article here that explains my low readings. DUH!!!

Contrary to popular belief, the HP oil reservoir does not store high pressure oil: the oil in the reservoir is at lubrication pressure, 15 to 45(?) PSI , not injection oil pressure (500 to 2700ish PSI.) A more correct term for this reservoir would be HP oil pump reservoir, but everyone seems to leave out the "pump" part, thus leading some people to think the reservoir is holding 3,000 PSI oil.

So where is the Correct place to measure the HPOP?? On the 7.3??

My EASE Diagnostics software does it right from the OBD II port. Sorry I dont know the other answer.

The easiest place is the forward plug(5/8") on top of the drivers side oil rail
