Holy crap man! That viton stuff isn't cheap. I don't think they're any at all cheaper than the biodiesel suppliers...ridiculous, but the materials shouldn't deteriorate. I suspect it would still be susceptible to leaks from bumping the return caps like any IDI fuel system though. I'll say this, I wish Ford/IH had gone to the trouble to go with a better return system like the Cummins system.

Definitely every bit AS expensive as the BioD vendors, but... If you check the specs on the wall thickness of the tubing I bought, it is greater than any of the stuff I saw available from the veggie dealers I looked at. I figured that the thicker stuff would give me a bit more insurance against clamp damage and abrasion.
