Exactly what I needed! Now all I gotta do is figure out how to regulate the solenoid according to throttle position for when Im towing heavy loads. Shouldnt be too hard. THANSK SO MUCH!

You'll probably want to use your map sensor (boost) to trigger the solenoid..... ;)

Back in the early 70s I was hauling ammo/explosives out of Tex I was based in Oklahoma City. I had a V8 Mack naturally aspirated and I needed to keep the smoke down I had a nice kit from a propane dealer called Daisy, unfortunatly they are out out business. It had a micro switch at about half trottle, and used very little propane. I had a 5 gal bottle under the sleeper and it lasted a week. I burned about 1 gal propane to 500 miles. not much gain in power but completely removed smoke. Only problem was when I was unloaded I couldn't use the tunnels in NY. Loaded of course I has escorts on bridges, but the fine for getting caught with a bottle in a tunnel was near the moon.......
I can believe if used carefully it should make more power. As you can tell, mine was metered very fine.

what kind of pressure would be a good starting place "low" is not very informative looks like an adjustable high pressure regulator usually 0 to 15 psi. I can get a low press reg that goes from 10 to 14 in wc normal house pressure

Rocksam: If I remember correctly, the press was set at 2psi. As that was only a 265 HP engine, I did not have any control over the press as it was preset by mfgr. I only wish I had taken it off the truck when I traded, I would love to play with it now, those days it was my living, so I was cautious about experimenting.
