[HELP] Truck won't start

I know one thing though.. That battery cable is beat!

Heck yeah it is. I'm gonna change that after I fix this situation.

Thanks to everyone for the help, especially OLDBULL8.

I pulled the glowplugs this afternoon an gave her a few cranks. Lo and behold, a bunch of rainwater shot out!

I put the glow plugs back in and the truck started back to life, running just fine!
