what would cause a 92 mustang to cut out at 4500 rpms its got a new fuel pump filter regulater it has offroad h pipes wo cats thanks im aware it not a truck just wasnt sure wear to post

auto or standard? and what do you mean cut out? like miss or just quit all together, or just flatten out?
if its cutting out at high rpm, it is possible the plug wires are bad. how old are the plug wires?

its a standard i mean it doesnt wont to rev up any higher and starts to miss i dont know how old the wires are the plugs lol
