T444E codes help

Hello,I,m new to the T444E engine. Having many problems w/it. I bought this 2000 International rollback as a -non runner. When I would try to start it took a lot of cranking ,but would finally start,but acc. pedal wouldn,t work. After idling for a few minutes,it would rev up & the pedal would work. Started replacing sensors-IRP, ICP, Cam pos. sensor, barometric sensor, glow plugs & glow plug relay & fuel pump.Now it won,t start at all. I also had the instrument cluster rebuilt. I have tried the diagnostic button but not sure what codes it is saying.This is the sequence of flashing that I am getting :

Is that the end ? Or should I continue w/codes. what are the codes that are showing ?
