Hard starts

Just put new injectors and return line kit about 2 weeks ago and a week or so later I would get hard starts only during the day ( would get to work and 5 hours later would get the hard start) can sit overnight and start perfectly fine in morning. assuming it's air into return line but wanted to see if anyone else has had a problem with this

Sounds more like ip heat soak.

Then that's unlikely the problem.
Which glowplug system do you have?

No idea for controller never had a problem with it but I've replaced the glow plugs with auto zone ones I forget brand name. But it starts up right away dies then is hard to start for awhile. Sorry should of mentioned it started no problem then died

Ah, then yes, I'd go with getting air somewhere.
Any of the return caps look damp?

Nope non look damp tried wiggling them and listing for air and nothing.

You probably wouldn't hear the air.
Check the rubber line between the frame and lift pump. Or just replace it.
Also the olives in the hardliners from the lift pump to filter, to ip. You can try snugging them a little.
