just ordered a set of glo shift guages and to get the best deal i had to go with a 3 guage set i got boost egt and oil temp i dont have a auto tranny so no need for trans temp i was wondering where to tap in to get engine oil temp. and is there a fitting i can take out to get boost pres instead of cutting the map tube and using a tee.

Don't know about the boost, but I put my oil temp. sensor at the bottom of the drivers side rear engine flange, there is a pipe plug there. Reads pretty accurate. I had to drill and tap 1/8" NPT after the turbo for my boost.

where did you find a R size drill bit no one seems to know what im asking for at the parts store.

My own preference would be to take the temp at the oil cooler (above filter) and take the pressure at the block ear.
