Alright I need to get a fuel system on my truck. I have to filters and am going with a raptor pump.
Air dog sales the Original Air Dog that works in conjunction with the factory pump and the Air Dog 2 that completely replaces the factory fuel pump.
Well what I want to do is replace the factory fuel pump but will 150gph be enough to support a 500 horsepower truck.
Now I am putting on the regulated return system will a pressure regulator from fuel lab. and will be set at 75 psi.
I guess my question is that the air dog 2 has a pressure regulator in it already. Were is the restriction in the fuel system to create the pressure????
I am not going with the air dog I am making my own set-up I just need to know that the pump and fuel pressure regulator are going to work for me.
