found a turbo

so i found a turbo for my truck supposed to only be 2 years old. It is a banks but the only problem is that he pulled it off the truck and left it sitting exposed for a few days and there is some corrosion on the wheels, how hard is this to fix. does it need to be rebuilt or can i clean it off?

Exhaust wheel I wouldn't worry about. Intake I'd want to see.

i go pick it tommorow and i will get some pics then even if it has to be rebuilt i'm buyin it so yeah i'm plenty happy
