Ford 4 cyl industrial engine

What about the continental out of a massey ferguson? They used OHV 4cyls. Those industrial Ford 4cyls were used in tractors and i thought in cars/trucks too. I think they are the same as the ranger 4cyls and old Pinto motors? Ford used them in everything. Damn good motor. I know they used them in those 4wheel drive platform lifts.

I just think i am going to scrap this compressor. I got a HUGE Quincy 10hp electric compressor.
