Where can I find some detailed info on installing an electric fuel pump on an obs truck, detailed parts list instructions and pics?

Pretty much all you need is a good adjustable regulator,99-03 fuel pump and whatever filter setup you want to run

ju did another one, used a SD pump on the frame rail, a SD filter and hpop res, swappe dto SD style hpop lines, use the SD feedto bowl, return from bowl and drain tubes.
custom bent my own head feed tubes using 1/4" stainless tube and vibra lock fittings, fed the rear of the heads, then returned from the front of the heads to a regulator, then returned from the regulator and tied into the stock return
