ECM ISSUE

So here's the skinny need to get ECM reflashed dealer wont do it because the engine is not in the orignal truck so cant verify the vin and the ecm is out of the truck. And living in such a small town no shops here reflash at all they send to dealer. any thoughts on this?

I would try an aftermarket tuner like PHP.

Why does it need to be flashed?lookin for better programming?
