Has anyone used a Exedy dmf /clutch . Rock auto has them as a kit with clutch and dmf. Were else can we get a dmf replacement besides the Ford dealer?

do the single kits include a sprung clutch?
My dmf chatters a bit at idle. im concerned it may go soon, but dont want a single if it makes my tranny sound like it will blow.

jas88 what does AFAIAC mean ? Luk doesn't list a dm flywheel only the clutch kit for it without flywheel.

Well Napa don't list a dmf. Looks like Autozone has a 12" Duralast kit for $729 , Advanced has a Perfection 12''kit for $1033, Rock auto has a Exedy 12" kit fpr $950. All include clutch kit and flywheel. I never used any of these brands. Has anyone ever used any of these?
Valeo online catalog is not working.

Go with the LUK kit with the SMF. I did not even notice a diff in tranny noise when I did mine. There is a little bit of gear rollover when going real slow in a high gear, but every ZF I ever had does that. I don't think it's due to the SMF.

Go with the Single flywheel .. those DMF are junk even new ... done at least 4-5 swaps .. just new flat flywheel, clutch to match, done .... the ZF5 is just fine behind a single mass flywheel , no worries
