"dead" steering wheel

The cruise control, O/D switch, O/D light, and horn do not work on my '93 E350. Are there any common failure points in the steering wheel that I should look for first? Like a connector or somehting that was known for failing causing all these porblems. I did some quick testing on the horn circuit and the problem is some where between the horn button and the horn relay; the rest of the horn circuit tested good.
