custom down pipe?

I've heard you can fill pipe with sand before you bend it to get smooth, crinkle free bends.

i have heard the same about the sand trick when bending tubing... we bend a lot of tube for the subframes under 2.5ton play trucks.. i may have to try it next time we are doing some..

2.5" to factory crushed downpipe. My truck is a 94 turbo but it's Garret, as I'm assuming all stock turbos are. So because ATS assembles it, everyone calls them ATS turbos? I just want to clarify becuase If I ever get parts for my turbo I want ATS parts to fit like exhaust housing, wheels, ect. AND, there are three aftermarket turbos, Hypermax pulse NW, Banks sidewinder and ATS 093. Would the ats 093 be the same turbo as my garret or did they fix exhaust housing for a 3" DP
