custom cam grind

I called Oregon Cam Grinding, INC 360-256-7465 and talked to Ken Heard. he told me he can regrind my 94 turbo IDI cam for more lift and duration.He said you need to be ready to clearance the pistons for the added lift. he has several grinds to choose from or he can grind to your spec. now i need info on what the stock cam specs are and what to change for more power and torq. he said the cost was about 150.00 or so plus shipping. just thought I would pass on the info. my project just got more expesive , spun a rod bearing broke #3 piston bent some push rods . need to pull it all down and check every thing. my wife is not very happy. and she thougt race cars were expensive.

I don't know what kind of sprinter you're running, but I've never seen a competitive motor built for less than what it costs these IDI's to be built. Even with mods done to the IDI.
