I dont know if this helps at all.

I have an 86 that started with the 460. Ran it with 460 radiator and no ac. It ran way to hot and I went with the non ac rad. Works great, hoses are easy to get and it fits the gasser support perfect. AC hoses from condenser had to be bent a little to fit around rad when we hooked up AC.

I searched and searched for a replacement rad core support, final decision for me was buy a gasser support and replace the bottom "hoop". Actually easy, just make sure you measure & record everything first. Here's before & after.
