Will these contraptions on my roof hinder my fuel mileage?

It's hard to tell which bean in the can is the one that produced the fart.

I'm thinking the sunvisor would have to create some serious drag. Not sure about the whaletail or whatever it is.

Naaaaa.... leave it all on.... the crowd of cars full of point and look people [Ohh gawd Mable would'ja Look at that!!! ] should make you drive slower... thus better gas milage......
